cBioX is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for supporting Cancer Genomics research and collaboration at
Precision Medicine scale.
The core foundation of cBioX is an integrated exchange of Open Data and Software. By focusing exclusively at the infrastructure-level, our cloud-based platform is optimized to support the latest advancements in Cancer Genomics research – from resource intensive AI/ML workloads and Large Language Models to the ever-growing library of publicly-available Cancer Genomics data.
With cBioX, Cancer Researchers and Labs will also be able to upload their own proprietary data to our secure cloud environment. This data can be kept private, made public, or shared with any number of designated collaborators.
As part of this service, cBioX will provide Cancer Researchers with a Collaborative Workspace where Data Engineers and Data Producers can work together in coordination to prepare data for aggregation and subsequent analysis.
At the Enterprise Level, cBioX will provide Pharmaceuticals, Biotechs, Academic Cancer Centers, Research Hospitals, and Government Agencies with the capabilities they need to centrally manage a large-scale Cancer Genomics research operation within their organization.
With cBioX, Enterprise customers will be able to promote collaboration and data sharing, while at the same time safeguarding their most sensitive data assets through centralized security, reporting, and data governance workflows.
