Generative AI for Biomedical Research
cBioX is a cloud-based workspace for streamlining and accelerating the Drug Discovery process. With cBioX, Researchers and Bioinformaticians can direct their own virtual workforce of AI Agents to perform the many tedious, time-consuming, and repetitive tasks related to preparing data for analysis.
For Research Institutions interested in unlocking the value of their in-house proprietary data, cBioX VRAs can also be instructed to curate and publish data for secondary use among their researchers – thereby promoting greater data sharing and discovery across the organization.
The core foundation of cBioX is an integrated exchange of Data, Software, and Agents. By focusing exclusively at the infrastructure-level, our cloud-based platform is optimized to support the latest advancements in Biomedical Research – from resource intensive AI/ML workloads and Large Language Models to the ever-growing library of Multi-Omic, Clinical, Imaging, and Pharmacological data sets.
With cBioX, Biommedical Researchers and Labs will also be able to upload their own proprietary data to our secure cloud environment. This data can be kept private, made public, or shared with any number of designated collaborators or departments within the organization.
As part of this service, cBioX will provide Researchers with a Collaborative Workspace where Data Engineers and Data Producers can work together in coordination with AI Agents (VRAs) to prepare data for aggregation and subsequent analysis.
At the Enterprise Level, cBioX will provide Pharmaceuticals, Biotechs, Academic Medical Centers, Research Universities, Government Agencies, and Non-Profit Foundations with the capabilities they need to centrally manage a large-scale multi-disciplinary research operation within their organization.
